Multiple developmental processes and Finite Element Analysis methods are implemented in order to design an exemplary and light-weight tandem bicycle frame and to evaluate the frame’s structural integrity, stiffness and durability, among others. In addition, frequency and fatigue analysis are performed to ensure that the frame will be able to withstand the stresses and strains of long-distance cycling.
