One of the key projects I have worked on at Fiduciam is the integration of an identity verification feature into the Fiduciam Loan Builder platform. This project was initiated with the aim of improving the security and compliance aspects of the platform by adding a new feature whereby the user can authenticate using his mobile phone. The incorporation of this functionality was critical in improving the efficiency of Fiduciam’s lending processes, particularly client experience and internal workflow improvements.

My Responsibilities
User Experience and Interface Design: I led the design of an intuitive, user-friendly interface for a mobile identity verification app. The process begins with users scanning a QR code, which directs them to the app. I created the visual design of each screen and developed a comprehensive user flow, ensuring a seamless experience from QR code scanning to successful identity verification.
Front-End and Back-End Development: I developed both the front-end and back-end of the app using Django, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. A key task involved integrating Experian's API for document verification, which included implementing checks for document authenticity, face comparison, and ID verification. My role required processing API responses to ensure accurate and reliable verification
